^^^ Ditto, although for woods I'd say go with the 14" That small of a difference doesn't really make a difference. If you went from a 10" to an 18", you'd probably notice a big improvement, but two inches won't change anything noticably. |

What? How would an 18'' improve anything? Don't go over 14'' after that it's over kill and kills gas efficicency.

^^ What he said... according to many sources, the optimum barrel length is 12". 14" and 16" are helpful when playing speed ball with air bunkers to push into the bunker, but the 12" should be good for you.

It's just a figure of reference, the point is that you won't notice a difference in that small of a change. Both the 12" and the 14" will work just fine.

^^^Yeah, that's the most common length. Although more people do seem to be using 12 inchers these days.

^^^They're good for the price, but they're not the best when it comes to accuracy (boomstick or SP AA) or distance (Flatline). But for $40, they're well worth the money.

Their is no performance difference between the 12 and 14 inch. Since you will be playing in the woods and running around trees you may not want the long 14 inch. I prefer the 12 inch.

It doesn't slow the ball down, if you turn your velocity up. You
just lose more air. I prefer 12", but just an opinion.
There is minimal difference between the two.
