Forgive my ignorance. Is there an adapter to run an ASA fitting tank off a gun that takes 12g cartridges?

depends on the gun.
but usually there is an adapter that will allow the use of regular tanks on a gun that normally uses 12gs usually they are in the form of a bottom line conversion kit. |

Yes, it looks like a reg. I don't like RAP4 products, but they do make a nice

Post a pic of the marker you have in mind regarding this question. Even if their isn't an adapter some of the folks on here will probably come up with ways you can do it.
