Hi Guys,
Sucks that my first post is a question, but what can you do. Anyway, I am trying to help my friend with his 98 custom. It seems like the velocity screw has no effect. The marker is shooting at about 220 fps, not matter how much you turn it (up or down) nothing changes. Any idea on the problem. I suggested putting new o-rings in...but i would like a second opinion before i go spend cash. Thanks |

It sounds to me like there is an air blockage, like teflon tape.
Or a weak drive spring. Try putting a BB behind the guide pin.

Have any "upgrades" been added such as aftermarket internals, stock, etc? If the marker worked prior to adding these, try taking them off and see if the FPS goes back up. |
