98 WAS board E-grip problem

   Well i've got the WAS board in the 98.  It used to work fine up untill today.  It used to boot up solid orange and then to blinking orange.  and Shot fine.
For some reason, it seems like it doesn't trip the sear.  It boots up, but when it boots, it boots solid orange...then to solid red.  And then to the green blinking.  It then takes like three shots for it to trip the hammer.  This is both with and without air.
I changed the battery but to no avail...not sure exactly what to do.

	The color codes should be an indication of the problem. Does the manual list color codes?
