It depends. i got the custom pro because it is lighter. if that is not the problem go a5. |

Wow 2 people that are first time posters in one thread welcome to the both of you and I would go with what you think is more your style to play. Woods get an A-5 and mod the shat out of it at www.specialopspaintball.com the best woods site. If your playing speed then either there both good. |

From what I hear, tippmanns aren't much good for speedball.

well if it were between the 98c pro and the a5, id go with the a5, everyone who said the 98c pro is for speedball is right....for woodsball your better off with the a5, unless cash is a problem then get the regular 98c.....coming from a 98c owner haha

I LOVE WOODS BALL AND WOULD NEVER GO TO TH DARKSIDE(SPEEDBALL) I USE THE CUSTOM PRO IT IS NICE. SEMI JUST LIKE THE A-5 NOT A SPEEDBALL GUN!!! ITS JUST AS RUGGED AS THE A-5. YOU PUT WHATEVER YOU WANT ON IT INCLUDING FLATLINE,CYCLONE FEED(LIKE THE A-5 HAS),AND EVEN BETTER COMES STOCK WITH 11 INCH BARREL, DOUBLE TRIGGER, AND DROP FORWARD FOR COMFRATABILITY.
