Yes. I went paintball the other day. It worked great, even though the field i went to uses crapy paint.

4 stage wont be enough...expansion chambers dont really do that much any ways..theyre like fancy gas thru grips but they do help a little bit.  if u got a 4 stage then u wouldnt even notice a difference ud just be spending money.
