I got a A-5 and want a sniper barrel but I have seen different types and different prices. I don't want to buy one because its a good deal and have turn out to be crap. But i could buy one that costs alot and that could be crap. Wich would be the best for a better buy?

What!? From what I've read you want a good barrel (or from what I can understand). In that case I'd get a SP All American. They run about $70, but will give you great performance.

a good "sniper" barrel is the stiffi. its quiet, light, accurate and carbon fibery. downside= a stiffi is around $90 |

STOP USING THE WORDS SNIPER AND SNIPING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhh! The only thing that makes barrel A more accurate than barrel B is barrel size/bore size ratio.

^^Calm down. And you're not completely right. Lets say that you have 2 barrels. A 98c stock barrel, and an AA. Now you could shoot the perfect paint through the 98c barrel, and basicly any piant of good quality through the AA (whichever size), and the AA would still be more accurate. So accuracy depends just as much on the barrel quality as it does on the paint to bore match.

I beg to differ. There is sniping. Not everything is speedball. There are a lot of people here that play scenario games too. Whenever I play, I tend to snipe. I generally stay at a safe enough distance from my target and wait for him to walk into my sights as he advances on the flag. Having a flatline barrel with the right paint makes all the difference for me.

first of all no sniper debate! its gets old in a hurry, second a flatline is too inacurate to use for sniping, and third, for that guy above, carbon fiber has nothing to do with accuracy, that main component to barrel accuracy is bore to caliber match |
