You just need a barrel shroud.  They wont specify what barrel, they are universal.

It's a LAPCO Bigshot with their air-cooled shroud on it.
Pumpker'd; (V.) When a pump player runs up and shoots you at point blank range because you thought 20bps made you good.

depending on the shroud yes.  There are quite a few that are made to be used like that.  Lapco has a few that are meant specifically for lapco barrels.  really it depends on the shroud you are looking for.

10"-12" is optimal for performance.  If you want to find out what barrel lengths any particular manufacturer creates, go to their websites and look for yourself.  You can find just about anyting on the internet with just about any search engine.  Start there.

what do you guys think?
which one is worth money/works good?
Ncstar:

a1optic:

or if you guys know a better red dot let me know..
thanks..

and based on accuracy and range.which one is better?
tippmann Flatline?
J&J Ceramic s2?

i know flatline is very pickier about paint.
and ceramic has longer barrel, use more air(high Possibility to break paint)

but for all over used which one is the best performance?

How much are the red dots.  If you really want one you want to make sure it can take a lil punishment but at the same time you dont want a super pricey one since paintballs will be fllying at it regularly.  All of the J&J barrels are really good and I personally prefer them over the flatline.  They are more accurate.  As for lengthe I always recommend 10"-12" as well. If you are not sure what length you would prefer go to a proshop and see if they will let you put them on the gun so you can see which length you are more comfortable with.

In reference to the red dots:
STAY AWAY FROM NCSTAR!!! In my and other team-mate's experiences, they are junk, and do not expect them to take hits. The lens-caps are cheaply made, the mounting hardware is clumsy at best, and the dot itself is less than impressive. I fully recommend Leapers/UTG. I have one on my marker, and have used it A LOT. It will take all the punishment you can throw its way, and if for some reason it fails you (hasn't happened to me yet, and I am in NO way easy on it!) it is relatively inexpensive. Hope that helps.

(swatforce 30mm red dot)

I bought mine from ShortyUSA.com

No the kit is a barrel in itself.  It has 5 bore back so that you can match it up to different paint and you can get different lengths.  The starter comes with one length, the allstar 2, and the elite 3.  The 5 lengths to choose from are 8,10,12,14,16".  The idea is you have the length you prefer for the differnet kinds of fields you may be playing on or if you like messing around with different lengths.  I actually have all 5 lengths (as soon as I pick it up but its already paid for lol).  If you have the S2 you are fine though.  It will work by itself and will work quite nicely.  No problem on the answers either.  thats what the forum is for and there is more knowledge on this site as far as paintball goes than any one person will ever need.
