I've posted tons of barrel topics but I never get the right answer.
so I need a barrel I don't care about cheap barrels that are very reliable or anything that won't fit on a c98. most accurate quiet and expensive are not an issue. (i've got some extra money and loud is intimadating)
c98 marker
smart parts tear drop barrel
20oz,120z,90z C02

Woods = flatline

speedball = j-j ceramic 12" or 14", or a lapco bigshot in the same lengths.

Most accurate and quiet? Barrels can only be so accurate, some will be really accurate with some paint, and not so much with others. The LAPCO barrels are all excellent, as are most smart parts and DYE barrels. If you want the quietest one, pick the one with the most porting. For the best potential accuracy, go with something with variable bore sizes like a FREAK. Use good paint, and a consistant air source. I still swear by my bigshot.

Really, most barrels don't have much of a difference in accuracy.  It is your air source and paint to barrel match.  if you don't have a N2 tank, buy one of those and get the best paint for your teardrop and you will have better accuracy than a $120 barrel on your m98.

  Ur confusing.  Sounds like u know the right answer but u have posted tons of barrel topics because u want to hear it from someone else. BTW a loud gun wont make u intimidating.

Yeah being loud is a disadvantage. You will know when they are shooting so you just hide behind your bunker untill you dont hear them. People with high end markers that are very quiet when shot have the most advantage when you play woods.
