I'm buying my first marker and have been thinking about getting an Alpha Black Tactical, but, I found someone in my area selling an X-7 marker (Used 4 times total) for $120 (Only upgrade from the basic setup is an AK foregrip and a Tasco red dot sight). What would be the best choice for someone who is looking to buy their first marker? (Looking for accuracy/efficiency mainly over customization/looks)

$120 for an X7 with so little use sounds like a pretty good deal. As far as accuracy, all Tippmann markers are about the same out of the box. The stock barrels in general, suck. Tippmanns are also blowback markers, and in general internally the same. Slightly different parts, but the same theory. I had an A5 and 98C and did not notice either to be more efficient than the other. I would assume the same goes for the X7. Sounds like a good deal on the X7, but I would make sure it works properly before buying. Even if it doesn't, they are pretty easy to fix and the parts are not expensive. Good luck.
