Take pictures every X min for how ever long you want?

Im moving across Canada and im driving so I want to mount a webcam to my dash and have it take pictures along the way. Is that even possible?

Yeah, theres tons of time lapse programs out there, just check downloads.com or something. You shouldn't have any problem. Where are you going/ driving, etc?

Just about any Windows scripter would work, wouldn't it?  Don't need a dedicated program.

Yeah, not far off. I feel a little bad cause I have friends in Saskatoon (Saskatchewan is the province) but its not that great. Some good bars though...like everywhere in Canada...

Its the only place in Canada other than Alberta and Newfound land thats really hiring HD mechanics.

Plus I have 94 acers of land and a bedroom waiting for me and the wife.

And no, I have no cruise control, unless your count a brick on the petal

Grab a cheap camcorder from Fry's or Best Buy or whatever the Canadian equivalent is, record the trip, then strip out 99 of every 100 frames.
