Put some oil in the ASA and dry fire it about 25 times...

But its a good habit to take the internals out, clean them and re-oil.
The asa oiling is only good for so long. |

Take it apart and clean it throughly when ever it has been exposed to a lot of dirt, dust or other contaminants, or you break paint in the chamber. Use the ASA method whenever things are still clean but you have played for several hours (four to six hours). |

You can also pull back your hammer all the way and put a few drops in there, and you can push the front sight in, lower the feedneck and put a few drops on the front bolt o-ring

Remember, though, when you put oil in the ASA, take the barrel off before you fire. Then fire 20ish blanks, put the barrel back on and you are ready to go. You don't want to get oil in the barrel. |
