my friend got a ultra-light with spyder threads that i could get real cheap if i get a barrel adapter will it be less accurate?

Im sure it would be just as accurate, but I have never tried it first hand.

Like an inch or less of a barrel adapter would serioulsy effect the ball that bad? I doubt it.
