how about inserting a "very" thin sleeve inside your barrel for when you end up with small bore paint... any ideas ? |

This is already the principle behind the SP Freak barrel kit. The inserts change the ID of the barrel.
Also this is used in Simunitions, where a smoothbore brass tube is inserted into the barrel so the paint will not be affected by the rifling. |
