Check www.pbreview.com. You might or might not find them on there. It's worth a try though.

I checked out that website, they got a 10/10 but I don't know if that is a sales rep, trying to push his product or an actual player.

here is an link to a website that sales them,

I use Black Ops paint in my SIM-4 and I think its great.  I wouldn't recommend it for the flat line, as its a rather large bore.  But for the bigger, straight barrels it should be perfect.  I know a few people that use it at my field and I've never heard a bad thing about it.

Special forces in Nelson, BlackOps is not. Plague Wielder so would you
recommend it for like a teardrop or stiffi? over other paint, do you think it is
one of the best paints out there?

It all depends on bore size.  You should check it in the barrel you're planning on using.  You should be able blow a ball through the barrel like a spitball with just a little bit of resistance.  I dont know about the teardrop, but it should work great in a Stiff!.  Especially if you can match it to a Sw!tch insert.  It definately good stuff, though.
