I am having problems with 3 seperate CO2 tanks.  When I fill the tanks, I can only put an ounce of CO2 in the tank before it stops accepting the gas.  The CO2 tank is chilled before I attempt the fill.  I've even filled the tank with an ounce and then exhausted the gas to attempt to chill the tank more.  None of this works.  All three tanks are from different manufacturers.  I removed the valve and noticed that the valve can be disassembled further.  What would be causing the fill problem?  the pin in the valves are not bent either.  Could they be getting too much pressure from the spring?  HELP!!

Well, taking apart a tank is extremely dangerous and you really should have an airsmith check it out. Are they already filled? Are they screwed in the entire way? I would check with your local airsmith and see whats going on.

The tanks are completely empty.  I discharged them myself.  I've been around tanks and have replaced quite a few valves.  They aren't as dangerous as people think they are as long as you empty the tank first.  But, at the same time, I would suggest the average person without any technical ability shouldn't do these repairs themselves.

If your bulk tank empty or low? Is it siphoned (probaly is) Dont except a precise amount of fills from your bulk, and when its low it will suck up some, but not enough.

It points in the way that the fill station is only drawing air, not liquid.
Throw on a new bulk tank.

The bulk tank is full.  I filled several other tanks after the problems with the 3 specific tanks.  I had no problems with those fills.
