How whould a pepperball shot kill you? Even in the eye, all it would do is cause blindness. For you to die it would have to cause a stigmatism to the brain, and actually hit the brain.

maybe they crank the fps way up on them and it went throught the eye and hit the brain.but my city is to poor to get them.it also looks like its already got some kind of new loader

Go to pepperball.com and you can see how much they are paying for that stuff. A "pepperball" hopper was like 30 bucks...haha

They are .68 caiber if they are shot out of a pro carbine. And they shoot at a faster FPS becuase they take the velocity screws out. Which is dumb becuase it messes up your accuracy tremendously. And cops like powertrips and need all the ammo they can get. (sorry to any cops on this forum)
