Do I need to use the power tube that comes with the cyclone feeder for the 98? I have the Pro-Seal.

If your powertube is RT-capable, it should be fine for the Cyclone as well. Otherwise you will need to use the provided powertube. But frankly, the Tippmann powertube is better than the Pro-Seal powertube anyway.
