Oh, Smart Parts can't sue Dye because they are sharing patents on several guns.  They have an under the table agreement.

EDIT:  I have nothing against Tippmanns.  I used to own one.  Man, everyone around here needs to lighten up a bit.  I'm just saying that maybe two people on this forum will own one of these.

I think your right.  Maybe, just maybe if 2 of us kids put our money together we could own one.  Kind of like a time-share property in Florida

It looks a lot shorter then the DM4 but i like the lines of the DM4 better.

It's 1/2 inch shorter than the DM4, so that's not really a huge difference.

i got a DM5, but only cuz i got it used 3 times by my PB shop owner. it was 1000 , around the price 4 a DM4
