MP,

I am sure I can answer your question if I understood it. Try again and use some punctuation.

Look here at the pictures.

LPK do we really need the volumizer?

The LP regulator that supplies gas to the ram screws into the side of the ASA with a standard 90 degree 1/8" pipe fitting. The LP gas from the LP regulator exits the regulator through a straight barb fitting and the blue colored hose, wrapped around the drop forward carries the gas into the grip and connects to the solenoid valve...which controls flow to the ram.

Use these pictures for reference and rephrase your question.

yeah i thought it sounded a bit confusing heres some pics the arrow is pointing at where a 90 degree fitting is sopposed to go so that i can screw on the hose on to "that 90 degree fitting" so that i can screw on the asa to the bottom of the gun but my kit only came with one 90 degree fitting so i was wondering maybe the model 98 came with a 90 degree fitting in the first place but iam not sure

Gee, man, it is still virtually impossible to decipher your question. One part I think I got, no, the standard Tippmann ASA does not come with 90 degree fittings attached. The braid comes straight out of the end. The ASA has two holes, one on each side, either of which, with a necessary fitting, a 90 degree fitting in most cases, will accept the low pressure regulator for the ram. The 90 degree fitting to connect the LPR would usually come with the E-Bolt kit.

Now if the E-Bolt kit you buy is one of the GTA units made by Tippmann, the LP regulator is built into the ASA. The kit includes a barb fitting to connect the hose from that ASA to the solenoid.

Your picture is still too dark for me to see any detail. I went to the Photobucket site to get a better look. Still not fully understanding your question, but that ASA is strange. It is not the one that comes OEM on the Tippmanns. If it came with the E-Bolt kit it should have included an additional 90 degree fitting for the braided hose. If that was the question, you have probably set a record for the amount of text required to get the question across...but I cannot be sure! Punctuation was invented for a reason. Has anyone ever accused you of writing redundant sentences? Is this the way you prepare school work or did you develop this style of writing just for forum communications?
