No, the ebolt uses a pneumatic ram to open the valve. There is nothing to cock. You simply gas the gun up and turn it on.

^^^The E-Bolt isn't closed bolt. And the closed bolt accuracy thing is
a myth, the bolt moves forward, then the ball fires, so all guns shoot
from the closed bolt position.
