fireing problem

alright so here is my problem

i have a tippmannn 98 custom pro with a stock response trigger. it fired great first time i used it but now for the past 4 or five times if played, my gun will continue to fire even if i pull the trigger onnce  im fed up and i dont know what to do with it, i have taken it apart cleaned it, oiled it, checked all the o rings. asked countless paintball friends and they are all clueless
 
please help

First are there any other mods to the marker besides the RT? If so, take them off and start with the totally stock marker to see if it continues to happen.  Second, check the sear and rear bolt for wear. Another thing that may have an effect is the weather. If you are using CO2 in excessively cold weather, you will have issues.

You don't have a hair pin trigger mod on it by chance do you?  Make sure the sear is getting full contact with the hammer.

could be manufacturer's default. i think i had that problem when i first got my 98 years ago, i just called tippmann. they paid for shipping both ways and fixed it cuz it was under warantee... best customer service
