the ball dosent shoot slower at all. people say it floats and slows down and they can catch your balls, but longer range on a larger scale give it thais illusion. they sustain muzzle velocity untill they start to drop off. with the perfect paint and right velocity (250-270fps) it has a pretty tight grouping. i can easily get all of my shots within a 2-4ft grouping. but it all depends on the paint. you must use small, round, seemless, thickshell balls or its as good as worthless. |

dusk, marbalizers, evil, are some of the best because they are small-medium size, and have very shallow or no seems. but i have heard that pmi premiums, rps bigball, and 32* team colors also work very well. anything else, just check for roundness, make sure there smaller sized, thick shell, no dimples ect.

All the flatline is good for is distance. It is no more accurate then any medium quality barrel. To me a very picky tempermental barrel is not worth a few more yards distance, let alone the cost. |

i own one i tink its good, good: longer range, acuracy like anyother other barrel, shoots good through brush, bad: cost. But the ball really doesnt go slower aand either get marbilizers or evils(for paint)

You know you guys are jus mentioning the types of balls that the Flatline can be used wit....try mentioning the manufacturer....like RPS, because Evil, Marbs and Premiums etc. are made by RPS. Checkout the link on what brands of balls and sizes can be used in the Flatline and before you look at the link....both Flatline barrels are medium bore....

most RPS paint is good to use. it's not absolutely necessary to use the top of the line paint either...just make sure it's small or medium bore. I used RPS/PMI Shrapnel paint, which are the seconds from that company. they worked perfectly, not one chop in the whole case. |

The slowness of the ball is all an illusion. It might seem like the ball is going slower but it really isnt. The Flatline is accurate and give great velocity whne tuned correctly. It also depnds on what paint you use.

The Flatline will work well as long as you don't use total crap paint.

People thinking the balls going slower are stupid. What do they think that the chrono is lying to them when it says 270(or whatever). Th flatline is very accurate. I use $30 a case paint last time i played and didn't have any busts out of 500 paintballs. Edited by Blue Hopper |

I have been to New York City. For that matter I have been to every state in America(if you can count that would be 50), and 27 countries around the world. I find it very sad that you do not respect yourself. Ever wonder why people don't respect you? It starts with you. If it makes you feel better to attack me, it's a free country, and I can handle it. I'll pray for you, so you won't need to rely on pity the rest of your life. |
