I was wondering if anybody had any tips to silence ball shake in your
hopper while running?

Yes there is. Well, since you do most of your running at the beginning of the game, make sure you have a full hopper. This will help cut back the noise you make when you run. That goes the same for pods, make sure they are full to the brim. Another thing you could do is pad the inside of your hopper. The sound you're hearing isn't really the balls hitting, it's them hitting the inside walls of your hopper.

They have hopper covers that are supposed to reduce noise. I have no idea if they work or not but I was planning on getting one anyway.
