I bought a new sear spring and it was a WHOLE lot tighter than my old one it took two people to put it on and now the trigger pull is lighter and the funny thing is it isnt even a sear spring I had to twist one of the loops to get it into the right shape

Anyways could anything bad happen like could something go wrong with it?

Whats a sear pin? And why did it take 2 people to put it on? Confusion.... 2 at once or one guy tried and failed, then the second guy got it on?

Where is my rat spray?

The sear spring holds tension and keeps your sear engaged in the rear bolt ,it will influence trigger pull .

A heavier sear spring , will cause some amount of faster wear on your rear bolt , but not a great deal . The heavier the spring , the faster the wear will be .

Also , depending on how heavy the spring is ,( I doubt it actually took two people to put it on ) there is a slight possibility it will tend to elongate the holes where the pins fit , this could cause some difficulties when assembling your marker

I'm not going to be doing that, lol, he just asked a question about possible things that might happen ,,, I get a double fire once in a while , with the pen spring mod . I believe the penspring is a lil bit lighter spring tension , and I extended it just a bit more than the stock spring was (fewer coils ) .

I was looking to shorten the cycle times on my marker , and that it did !! (along with other mods )
