ok, can you get into the router configuration at all, or is the problem just with that one page. Also what kind of router to you have.

when you click the on-screen button for the WAN settings, does it load an error page, or does it just space out?

ok, hold on. There isn't a WAN settings tap in Lynksis routers. The wan settings such as IP address and ISP settings are under the setup tab and are part of 'basic setup'. This should have been the first page to load I believe. I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding your problem.

I'm getting confused. I don't think you are understanding what I am trying to do. Here's a link of what I am trying to do. I asked for help in a different forum, but then the guy just stopped helping me.

I'm pretty sure it's a browser based setup where you type the IP into your browser and configure stuff from there.

Too bad I don't know the IP for LinkSucks routers.

ok, it could be that the server end of the model, aka the other person, not you is running slow because of heavy traffic or lack of bandwidth. I'll tell you right now I'm a certified Computer Tech but I'm feeling a little over my head right now. If it's working than your probably not the problem. Sorry I couldn't be of more help. Good luck. If you have any questions, I'll try to help.
