If you can, put a palmer stabilizer on there.
Tippmann 98c with lapco bigshot 12in barrel, Palmer Stabilizer/32* 0-1200 microgauge.

you should just go with the tippmann reg not that much $ @ paintballgear.com

How much are you looking to spend?

Sidewinder is probably the best in the high end spectrum.

Torpedo and Black Magic are also good but with a lighter price tag.

Sorry, I disagree with you there, Tippman reg and Pure energy reg are identical and are probably the worst regulators you can buy, the refresh is terrible, save up if you have to for a bit longer and get the fatty palmer stabilizer.

ill most likely buy from www.canadianpaintball.com so any of the ones on there.

ill be asking for it for christmas so i dont think price really matters (150$ tops)

I need a male stabilizer right?

Palmer Stabilizer will do good. Go for a Gladator if you have the cash.
