Yep. Outlaw tournments allow them though...(Yet... outlaw tournments are Rare.)

Yes its true because trigger bounce is not allowed and thats all that a rt does.

Check your local listings. Many local tournaments without delusions of NPPL allow RT.

most say no no to R/T, but check and make sure. maybe your field allows them. some do and some dont. just the fields preference(sp?).
