a-5 r/t trouble

   For all the people with a-5's with r/t. there is a silver looking screw on the right bottem side of the front plate. if you switch that and use a normal pin will it make a difference? i just had my a-5 repaired and they replaced that screw with a normal screw and i dont know.. help!
