valve prob on my A-5

   hey i have a huge problem, theres a scenario this weekend, and omg today, i put my 88/4500 tank on my A-5 and it sounded like internal leak, soi looked at the tombstomb adadpter after i took off tanjk and the valve was messed up the oring and spring and other parts i nthe valve were outa place , is it because of high pressuree from my nitro tank, and how do i put it back together, cuz  i tried and it leaks and then the parts go bak outa place
