Get a 12 inch. It is smaller than a 14 inch but still has the same performance.

in my opinion the length does not really affect the accuarecy. my friend has a spider with a 16 inch but it looks 14 inches becasue the barrel is more into the gun. tippmanns are already long guns so i do not recomend anything more than 14 inches

flatlines for A-5s are a beut because they are 8 inches (correct me if im wrong, but the one lying next to me is 8)-and theyre good for brush, the backspin helps them kinda worm through thin branches

12 and 14 inch barrels seem more common than other lengths, especially 18. I know a company called Blitz recently came out with a 3 piece, 21 inch behemoth. Edited by DrexelSkaPB |

Yeah, 21" is really worthless. Nobody likes walking around with the Alaskan pipeline on their gun. I guess I should have included that in my other post. I have a 16" Armson for my Angel + speedball = not fun. My advice to everybody: Stay around 12", don't go higher than 14".

14" is my personal preference. 12in and 14in will both give you the same performance. Anything over 14 is stupid.

finally someone who actually knows what there talking about. you will see no difference in distance betwwen any of those lenghts and the accuracy will be barely noticably different. the only reason that people think 8 inch barrels are less accurate is because most stock barrels on guns are innaccurate and they're 8 inches. the reason they are not accurate is because they are a stock barrel. if the stock barrel was accurate then the company would be losing money because nonone would buy other barrels because the stock ones are already accurate. |

14" is the best size barrel for woodsball. (but the 8" flatline for the a-5 is awesome and more acc. then anything i have ever seen.) |
