I read an interview online of a member of Tippmann Effect, and he mentioned something about Tippmann releasing a new High-end marker.. He didn't say much about it though...

Personally I think it would be kickass if Tippmann released a marker that could compete with timmy's and the like.  I was just wondering if anyone else heard anything about this.

Thx

I heard the same thing from probably the same interview. I haven't heard anything else about it as of yet. I agree with you though, a high end Tippy would be cool, I'd get one.

Well Tippmann already brought the Model 98 Custom Pro to out attention. Go to www.countyapintball.com and it's under the guns. It's under both the Electronic and the Semi-Auto. It's pretty much an upgraded 98c.

I think they're talking something along the lines of Freestyle-Timmy price range, so that Tippmann Effect has good guns to compete with     .

Anyway...like I was saying, something high class.

Yeah if any tippmann people are reading this:

MAKE A NEW HIGH-END SPEEDBALL GUN!

I think any tippmann <3er will go out and get one ASAP, I know I would... Hopefully we'll be hearing more about this rumored "new gun" within this year... I want to expand my tippy collection!

I hate to break it to you dude: The workers at Tippmann never read this forum. I don't think the admin does either.

Tippmanns > Cockers

Yeah I know the makers never read this but it can't hurt...

I would just love to see a high-end gun made

The gun doesn't make the player. A tippmann can compete with cockers, timmies and the like. We have enough high-end, huge waste of cash markers that cost an arm and a leg for an extra 2bps, an eye, and quiet operation. Then you have to spend even more on batteries and a fortune on paint, not to mention other upgrades. By the time your done you could have bought an A5 and milsim'd it beyond compare and had enough money for a tricked out 98c for speedball.

I hope tippmann never sells out to the cocker crowd. The day they do is the day I switch over to using armotech markers exclusively.

ok guys i heard last week frum my wholesale dealer that i buy frum that the new marker is cumin off the assembly line this week packing next and then to the market on the next week....they r cumin out with TWO NEW MARKERS yea u heard 2 new markers....but they arent exactly "new" they r upgraded versions 4 the A-5 and custom.....the A-5 will now cum in silver and camo instead of just black....

THE A-5:

will come with expanssion chamber upgraded barrell drop forward and it will cum  with either a R/T or E-GRIP and other upgrades that i cant remember...all these will alreday be installed

the custom will hav the same upgrades as the A-5

THE NEW A-5 AND 98 CUSTOM I THINK WILL CUM WITH A DIFFERENT BODY SHAPE THAN BEFORE

now dont hold me to this but this is what the man said at american paintball supply im not sure if its true but thats wat he said and dont get mad if im wrong

Ok I found this out directly from a sales rep...

Custom pro basic: pretty much a 98 with a werks barrel and soem upgraded internals

custom pro R/t: same as above with a reactive trigger

custom pro electronic: sear tripping electronic custom pro

I doubt this is accurate and I'm almost sure these aren't the gun's names except for the "custom Pro" part even though I heard it from a sales rep but ya never know...

Oh! and the same thing can be found on pbnation with pictures and all.

shootin' a stock A-5
