Get an extra allen wrench and some JB Weld. Put the JB Weld in the hole, along with the extra wrench. When it dries, just unscrew it and throw away the ruined peices. Or get an extractor bit. Or cut a slit in the head and use a flat head screwdriver to unscrew it. |

An extractor bit is a special drill bit that digs into your stripped screw to a certain point, then catches and unscrews it. You can get them at any home improvement/hardware store.
