well if you wana find some good people for your team...keep your eyes and ears open at your local shops for customers who seem to know what they are doing, and mabye sometime go down to a field and watch people play...and ask the ones who you think are the best if they would like to be on your team... and if you have friends who like to paintball and you get along well with them then you should ask them if they want to be on the team as well...becides...you need to be good friends with your team mates so that you can work well with eachother... |

Starting out is rough. Most players arent too excited to actually "tryout" for a team with no sponsorship. Just get some guys together, and start going to tournaments.. The better you do, the more people are going to want on to your team.
Anyone who wants on a team will go straight to the ones with sponsors. Goodluck! -PB |

If your going to be the team captain you will need to know what your talking about. Research the type of paintball you will be playing (I.e. speed or woods). If your playing speedball, become familiar with the types of players (I.e. Back, front, mid) and the bunkers of the field. Try this website, it's very helpful. My Link
Also you must actually be good at paintball to make a good example. |
