I have been looking to buy a new barrel for my 98 custom for
quite some time and have been stuck on these 4. I am looking for
a very accurate and semi quite barrel that can show consistency.
Which of these do you think shows the best performance for the price?

I like my All American a lot. Very accurate. It's pretty quiet and very consistent. Had like a 6" - 10" spread at like 75' using Scorch from Walmart. I have to say go for the AA. Dye barrels are too overpriced anyway.

Yea i've looked into all these barrels and the Ultralight and AA
were definetly going to be in my top 3 for choices. I play a lot
of woods and once before have smashed my barrel into the ground
(because i tripped.) That means im going to need something semi-durable
and good for woods. Which do you guys think would be better given
those circumstances Ultralight or AA?

People overlook how good a flatline really is. If it is installed right and the velocity is set right you will find that it probably is the best barrel built.

Yes the flatline is a very nice invesment. You will have to tinker with it some though to get it installed correctly and it will also help greatly if you have an expansion chamber, stablizer, or reg. Once you get the barrel in striaght one time then just leave a mark of some sort to help from then on out. Especially if you play woodsball. The flatline has great consistency for how long it shoots but if you just play speedball then you would prob be happier with with a diff barrel. Edited by <Stealthy> |

nothing does, cause it's not. i have friends with AA's and Freak kits on angels. They're really good, but i like the ultralite better. SOOOO i decided to buy an ultralite instead, and i'm more than happy with it. it outperforms all the other barrels by a mile besides for the boomstick which is about the same performance but more durable. and dye isn't overpriced... the best stuff just tends to be the most expensive, it's just life, people need to deal with that... unless they're poor, and in that case im really sorry. |

Yea I am either going to get the ultra lite or AA just because
my friend has a flatline and aint worth jack**edited** because he says its hard to install and needs good paint, and because the
snapshot didnt get many votes. Do you guys think the AA or
Ultralite would be a decent barrel for woods? I know the flatline
is supposedly the best but if i get that will prolly **edited** up on the
installation.

All American:
Quiet, two-piece, well-made, accurate. Best barrel for under $100, hands down. |
