I just got an Ion and was wondering what would be the most accurate and most quiet barrel out for it? Money not a problem |

You should look into a Freak Kit or Stiffi Switch Kit.

Heyya! I'm a fan of two barrel kits: Powerlyte Scepter and the J&J Edge. I'm not a fan of the Smart Parts Freak because I've found that, at least awhile back, the system was plagued with problems. The aluminum inserts weren't always honed and polished, the advertised size (so you got repeats), and could be ovular. The new SS inserts claim to be better, and they are, but much pricier. Good luck! |

Defiantly get a kit. I suggest the Freak kit. If you get the Freak make sure you get the Stainless Steel (SS for short) inserts.

I wouldn't get a kit since it's an open bolt gun, you should probably pick up a .689 bore Stiffi Barrel or an Ultralite with a .690 bore |

I'd always suggest a large bore 2-piece barrel over a kit, unless you have a lot of cash laying around, and really want to spend some money. If you do, get a St!ff! Switch, or a St!ff! Mamba Switch.

Freak kit. By FAR the best barrel kit out there, IMO.
