I have looked into them a little bit but I want some of your thought on it. Like weight, speed, effeciency, consistency, and every thing else. Also what would be a good price for a new or used one.

I've used one of these things before... I say: better than DM5. It shoots a little faster, and the design is much better. I love proto. They're stuff is awesome. Get it.

I hope you're joking. Internally, it's the same, hence similar speeds. But maybe you're more intelligent than the entire Dye Precision development and marketing team, so the Proto is vastly superior over the dm5 (price not factored in). |

Its pretty much the same as the DM5, with half the hassel(sp?). I think you'd be best off buying one.

I would deffiently go with it. I have had mine for alittle more then a month now and i love it. I put around 8,000 rounds in it and have had no problems what so ever. It is deffiently a great gun and the price droped so you can find it online for cheaper now.
