the G7 is better in almost everyaspect, its WDP's new flagship marker.  It's smaller, faster, lighter.....its  pure secksy.  Thats what I plan on getting if my current deal on a Dm5 falls through.

G7. They are super nice. I got to shoot one a couple days ago and it was amazing.

My friend has an 05 speed, and I have a G7.  Contrary to what people may think, a new 05 speed will have the same G7 "laser eyes".  The 5peed is roughly the same weight as the G7, with the G7 being only slightly lighter (~ an ounce or two).  However, it is correct to say virtually all the internals are different.  The G7 pneumatics are higher flow, and there is less recoil.  Now does this amount to anything?

Speed? No.  Accuracy? Maybe.  It depends on what ROF you shoot at.  Is it worth the cost?  Only you can answer that, since it's your budget.

Here's a comprehensive review and comparison between the 5peed and G7 by an AOG user:

http://jfearing.com/G7/

Between my G7 and Force Fly, I still prefer my Force in terms of comfort.

Took the words right out of my mouth.

Well, except for the last paragraph. That's all you.

I forgot to add that the G7 adds sexy points to your total coolness rating

"The G7 is a refined ’05 Speed with some more bells and whistles and LCD display and a rechargeable battery. Is it a better marker? Yes. Is it a more efficient marker? Yes. Is it a faster marker? No. Is it more accurate? No. Does it have less kick? Yes. It’s certainly an investment decision and thus far the majority of G7 owners I’ve seen online are not first-time Angel owners."

One thing about that review/comparison, is that I don't completely agree with no accuracy advantage.  Accuracy with one ball shots is different from accuracy with high rates of fire.  Everyone seems to claim "paint/barrel match" is the only factor for accuracy.  This is hardly true, as there are many others like paint size/shape consistency, air pressure consistency of the gun/regulators, recoil, user error, etc.
