Weighing in at approximately 9 pounds (unloaded), and 30 and 3/4" long, I bring you...

GIGANT:

Well, there you go, that's what I'll be playing with for now on.
Almost finished with almost $500 put into it.

Great setup

Mine weighs about 8lbs, but that's when it's loaded.

Why would you want the gas in the front of the gun?

He's got it on a remote, it just looks like it's attached to the front on the one pic

Ya, what he said. The last pic (i think) shows it being in my tank harness, which I cleverly mounted on my back. It was made to fit on your waist on a belt, but I found a way to make it mount to by back. Works really well too.

Gigant is German for Giant. I think it sounds better, and more unique.
Gigant is pronounced ji-gant. Like gigantic.

It's a TIGHT fit, by tight, I mean I had to unscrew the rear screws of the A5 just to fit it in there, and it still took a little work to get it in there.

I like it being tight for 2 reasons.
1. GREAT (100%) stability. No wobble.
2. It holds my rear pins in better, I'm not worried about them popping out.

I like it A LOT. I havn't tried it in battle yet, but I have got to say it's an A+ compared to the stocks on real guns I have shouldered/shot.

I'd say get a firepower upgrade.  Either the R/T or the E-Grip.  I'd have to say get the E-Grip if you have the money.

Hmmm. Because a nine pound gun is a good thing?

I don't want to get a firepower upgrade. I like to keep it tourny legal so no one can say "Hey, high BPS is for people who can't aim". If I really want to I can get 8-9 BPS with this stock trigger.

Also, I don't care that it weighs nine pounds. It's still light enough for me to lug around. A real MP5 (full stock) with a loaded dual beta C-Mag and a properly mounted red dot scope weighs around 8 pounds. It's really not all that heavy in my opinion. It feels like a real rifle, which, in my honest opinion, is a good thing.

For each his own, if you can't handle 9lbs, so be it, but it works for me. Semi-automatic is all I need to eliminate you. I might end up getting a response trigger just because, you know, to show off. But really I can't afford to spit out 15 BPS all the time. Paint is pretty expensive compared to airsoft(1-2 cents a paintball compared to 0.004 cents for an airsoft BB) so I conserve as much ammo as possible. For me it's about 1000 paintballs per 3-4 hour session, maybe less.

I am sortof an recon scout if you want to put it that way. Move up, take cover, observe, eliminate any targets, have the team move up to my position, and repeat. When I move, I move fast, but for only a short distance, so weight doesn't really have much of an effect here. Eventually I get to their end of the field and I lay back and get them as they come out of base, this allows the rest of the team to capture the objective or eliminate the other team completely. Or for hyperball/recball fields I rush up and attempt to bunker anyone along with the rest of the team and eliminate any remaining or hiding opponents.

Anyhow. So ya, I am perfectly happy with everything with it right now.
