It depends on how long you play at a time, and if your field refills.

I like to have the biggest tank possible. That way you don't need to refill the whole day.

I'd say don't. It's cheaper. I'd deffinetly go for the 20oz. You should fill your own tanks. Have your dad help you and make sure you know what you're doing when you do it. We don't need anyone getting blown up. It's a lot cheaper. I fill my own tanks. It pays for itself fast.

It depends on what kind of setup you are runnng and the style of paintball you play ex. speed vs. woods. For speed ball you might want a smaller tank under 20 if you play the front and larger for the back. For long woods games you might want to consider a large tank 20+ so you don't end up running out of air. Also if you are using a pack that caries your tank attached to a remote get a lare tank because the weight will be on your hips and not the gun.

A 20oz is the biggest and gives you enough for a whole day (well, not me...). If you want sonmthing a little smaller get a 16oz. Its the same width of a 20oz, but a lot shorter, I like it a lot.

I would never go above 20 oz. It's big enough. I just have about 2 of those and my brother has 1. He doesn't paintball yet, but has a 98c. I use that when I go too. I never run out of air. I usually go through 1 20 oz tank all day. Just go for a 20 oz. You don't really need the on/off, but if you think you'd want it go for it.

I think having an on/off is helpful because you can turn the air off shoot whats in the gun out then unscrew the tank if you want, no busted O-Rings. It'll eventually pay for itself in O-Rings (May be over the course of years though)
