Well If your looking for speed the ion will be much faster than a mech cocker.

Get the ion. I have an ion and I had no problem so far. I had use the 05 pro stock autococker and its crap. I must had a factory error gun or something, but it chops balls like crazy... P.S if you are getting an ion use nitrogen NOT CO2.

I have a 'Cocker, but I would suggest an Ion because if you ever want a new gun you wont be able to get any trading value for a 'Cocker.

cockers are so much better than ions. maybe not speedwise, but you'll save money on paint.

ionic, it was probably chopping balls because a) it was not timed correctly, or b) you were being a retard and short stroking it. with autocockers, the trigger must be pulled all the way back, and let go all the way forward for it to cycle right.
have a nice day!
