my local feild has a gun testing day for long time paintball players.... i got to go... i tried the ion and it is amazing... im thinking of getting one... and the dm5 rules that was the first gun i got to use... but yea the ion is AMAZING

Well If your looking for speed the ion will be much faster than a mech cocker.

Get the ion. I have an ion and I had no problem so far. I had use the 05 pro stock autococker and its crap. I must had a factory error gun or something, but it chops balls like crazy... P.S if you are getting an ion use nitrogen NOT CO2. |

I have a 'Cocker, but I would suggest an Ion because if you ever want a new gun you wont be able to get any trading value for a 'Cocker.

cockers are so much better than ions. maybe not speedwise, but you'll save money on paint.
ionic, it was probably chopping balls because a) it was not timed correctly, or b) you were being a retard and short stroking it. with autocockers, the trigger must be pulled all the way back, and let go all the way forward for it to cycle right. have a nice day! |

The prostock if you are planning to put anothe $500 into upgrades maybe even more ion if u only got $200 for a barrel and board.

If you like upgrading guns get a prostock. If you dont want to put any
money into it get an ion. But i'de take my cocker over an ion anyday.
