My sl 68 is leaking and im stumpped ive tried new o rings new cup seat and a diffrent tanks n e one know how 2 fix this?

Tis leaking so bad its coming from the barrel and the cleanig hole on
the side theres only 1 o-ring on the valve but its an sl 68 not sl 68
ll the sl 68 only is suppossed to have 1 o ring.
