I have a 98 with a flatline, LPK, /rt and run on compressed air. I only play woodsball. I am currently using marbalizer and evil paint - any suggestions on any paints that work as well or better than these?

those are both great paints. I've never had a problem with either of them. What's the problem with them?

NASA and the Americans spent millions of dollars and hundreds of hours to develop a pen that would write in space.....The Russians used a pencil.

Just find any small bore paint. Flatlines prefer the smaller stuff.
You seem to be working with the best stuff right now. |

Marbs are some of the best you can use in the Flatline. Stick with them.

Marb works well in my A5 Flatty... I use a lot of Draxxus Inferno as well... I've only had one break after about 10,000 rounds through my Flatty, and that was caused by shooting at about 305 FPS... (COČ temperature creep during the Monster Game at Hell Survivors) If I use "better" paint and keep it shooting around 270, it just keeps on shooting... If you are wondering if a new paint will be okay, (and some will dispute this) I avoid any paint that I can't physically blow through the barrel with my lung capacity... it should also pretty much fall through the barrel by gravity... but doesn't have to. A little resistance is okay.

In the Flatline you want the ball to actuallly be smaller than the bore of the barrel. You want this so the ball can bounce around and get back spin on it, enabling you to shoot further.

Thanks for the info, I guess I was given in the right info, I wasn't sure if the stores were just trying to sell me the most expensive paint. (i understand cost is usually equated with quality).

The faltline was actually designed for use with marbalizers.

Believe it or not guys, I find that Zap paint from Walmart is fine in my Flatty. That's right, Zap!. It's only about $50-$60 a case too. (Canadian)
