Hey guys, i'm back. I was just wondering how smooth my 98 custom has to be sanded before i paint it? Does this paint method sound good? First, one coat of primer, then two coats of paint, then two to three coats of clear coat. THANKS

Before you Prime it, you want it to be a little rough, so the primer sticks. Then after you prime it, you'll want to wet-sand it (so you'll want to get primer that you can wet sand), to make it smooth, and so the paint turns out good on top of it. And you method sounds good to me.
