Ok at christmas i got a new RT kit for my 98 custom. Instead of paying for someone to install it my dad decided to install it on his own. Now he did everything right because when he called me upstairs he was only useing the Co2 tank and was firing it fine. Then he wanted to make it fire faster so he loosend the screw to make it fire faster. Then he gave me the gun and i took it outside and put my hopper on. When i was firing it was only firing like 4-5 shots and then it would uncock. Now i didnt know if anything was wrong so i would just cock it again and fire some more. The same thing kept happening. I kept trying but then all of the sudden it uncocked and i tried to cock it but know it is stuck.........Please help i cant even cock my gun and i dont want to take the tank off because i dont know if it will do anything to the gun.

Are you using an electric hopper? I sounds like you are chopping paint to me. Take your elbow off, and see it there is a ball stuck in the chamber.

What kind of hopper are you using? The elbow is what connects the hopper to the marker. on the front site there is a tab, that you push down, and it releases the top half of the Elbow allowing you to see into the chamber.

You are using a a Empire Reloader II, or a Reloader B?
I have a Reloader II and it will not keep up with the ROF that the R/T puts out. I would suggest upgrading to a EggII, Cyclone, or Reloader B/Halo B. As soon as possible to prevent this from happening in-game. |

If you paid $80 for a Reloader II, you got ripped off.
Checkout countysports.com Mike has EggII's for like $70 I think, and Halo's for around 100. |

ok well im not going to make a new topic so...... As stated before the paintballs keep breaking once they are about to be fired. I do not have the ROF all the way up and its only about 1/2 the way there so its at about 8 balls a second. I am missing a pin on my elbow so it is a little shaky. Should i get a whole new elbow...if so what kind and/or should i just turn the ROF down? |

The centerfeed puts the hopper in the center of the marker, not off to the side. I believe you have to do some drilling to intall it correctly, but I dont know I naver felt the need for one.

A flatline wot really hep accuracy, but it will help range. If you are looking for more accuracy, I would suggest a Lapco Bigshot barrel.

it's in btween your shoulder and hand.lol the elbo is where the ball drops down. push the far sight buton and it will drop down. thn see if there is a ball in the chamber. if there's alot of paint in there, take off the c02 cartridge and clean the barrel elbow and that stuff out. After that it should shoot fine (but I dont know why it would do that in the first place if you have a speed loader and r/t). |

If the pin is missing then the elbow might not be allowing the ball all
the way into the chamber. How chops usually happen is that the ball
doesn't go all the way into the chamber, and then the bolt slams
forward. then the ball is compressed against the top wall and... BOOM
(not really. if your paintballs go BOOM i would have them checked by
the authorities). the ball breaks and paint is sent everywhere.
as a side note, its really hard to clean chops with a progressive. i have a teardrop and man it gets irritating. |
