The early days of World War Two and a stand off exists between the BEF and Germany. The German attack begins and the French do what they do best, leaving the BEF alone to watch the dust settle. Spaces for NASPBL games are limited to 156 per game As some of you may or may not know, the NASPBL gmae format has no Generals. The game is run by the Platoon commanders, with missions being distibuted vis the Fireld Direction Center. The General is actually off the field, and a non-combatant member of the NASPBL staff.
We are currently looking for those wishing to volunteer as a Platoon commander, and or, see thier team being the nucleus of a platoon.t How NASPBL Platoons Work: Missions for NASPBL games are written so that each Platoon is tasked with a set number of mission points (6,000 potential points per platoon, per game) Each Platoon is made up of 26 players: Three Squads of 7, each with a commander and a command squad of 1 LT, 1 Sgt, 2 medics and 1 Engineer. This is the structure for which missions are designed. How you deploy yourselves on the field is down to the agreement of the platoons members and not the decision of the League. For more details, visit www.naspbl.com/forum Platoons wil be named after teams in 2006. Those interested please contact me at tom.sutton@naspbl.com Thanks
Monty
