You have to have it properly tuned first.

Read the instructions that came with it.

screw the adjuster screw all the way in.  fire once.  The rt will not reset.  Screw the adjuster screw out 1/4 of a turn and fire until you get bounce.  Once you're between one and two threads out, you should be able to apply pressure to the trigger and get a full auto effect.  After about 5 mins of tuning I managed to fire ~18 bps for 7 seconds straight.  It will never be true full auto, because it takes effort to hold it for longer than a 3 round burst.

Just play with it... It's almost impossible to tell someone how a response trigger works, you have to feel it for yourself.
