    Posted: 21 March 2006 at 7:10pm
Will the WAS Equalizer board or the APE board fit on my regular 98c or do i have to have the 98cpro. If i can fit the Equalizer board or the APE board on my 98c will i have to get/buy anything other than the board or will i have to buy some new internals for my 98c. Will I have to mill anything to fit the boards in? Just Wondering thanks.

im not positive but i think you have to have a custom pro for the ape board not sure about the was board. If you find out both work with it then get the ape board it is better and a little cheaper.

perhaps the greatest movie ever

You have to have an E-grip in order for either product to work.

So, if you can get an E-grip to fit, you should have bo problem running the WAS or APE.

I don't know if it can be modded to work.... if you really want the E-grip you could always buy new receiver halves for your gun.

the egrip can fit onto the newer 98c's, im not sure what number they started it at though. also, the older 98c's can use it, but it recquires a lot of work.

You don't have to have an egrip.   You do have to have the newer reciever halves that utilize the a5/custom pro style sear.  You also need the armature pin and the egrip sear.
