Whoo! my a-5 is leaking everywhere. It seems to be leaking from the asa or where the line connects to the ASA but thats only the beginning. I think I can fix that. However, its also steadiliy leaking from the FVA and from where my expansion chamber screws into the purple thing. Actually, it seems to be leaking from the barrel as well. The worst of it it is from the x-chamber and FVA though. So i think maybe its my expansion chamber, but then why would it leak from the FVA and barrel as well? Any ideas as to what went wrong? Im' trying to play tommorow and i can't take my x-chamber off as I can't find the stock line. It was shooting the otehr day but the barrel adapter was loose so i took the gun apart to fix that. So im thinking maybe its something i did. But i always take my gun apart without an issue. And besides, i took it apart again to look it over and i see no obvious problems. Anyways, I appreciate the help!

Best thing to do is to find your stock hose.. Try to put your marker back to stock and see if it's still havin the same prob. I think it's your expansion chamber tho. About your asa, I think you might have a bad o-ring on ur co2 tank. If not then your asa is prolly bad depending on how long you had your marker. Good luck with ur marker.. |

ya, im still looking for my stock hose, but even if it was my line what woudl that have to do with the leaks in my FVA and barrel? Also, its not the tank, i tried two different tanks and neither worked. However the same tanks worked on a 98. And if it matters, when i screw my co2 tank in, itgets extremely cold and parts of the gun frost over. Edited by pballa123 - 18 April 2006 at 2:34pm |

you have a leak in your valve, possible the ex chamber o-ring, asa o-ring, as well as the fittings and hoseline.
Valve for sure though. |
