I think you should make the letters in that post a little bit bigger, its hard on the eyes. Have you ever played paintball before? Because everyone of those markers is in a different class, high-end(Karnivor), mid-mech(A-5), and low end(spyder).

i'd go with the tippmann if you are just starting off. the a-5 is a very versatile marker (like other tippmanns), is very durable and easy to work on.

I bet this is what it is; he has seen these guns of Greg Hastings Paintball. Thought they were all cool, and wanted to start playing(NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT). Not know anything about the sport he puts up this odd collection of guns, none of which are in the same class. Then he asks, not knowing what he's doing(STILL NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT). YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THIS WAS NOT A SERIOUS POST. JUST A JOKE. SETTLE DOWN. Edited by iceman1186 - 28 April 2006 at 4:15pm |

Hey buddy you have to settle down, it wasn't a serious post. I was just joking around. Second, I dont care how rich you are, just because you have money doesnt mean a thing to me. Third, there are thousands of other people in the world that have A-5's, so you having one doesn't mean your copying anyone. Fourth, I never said you couldn't like cockers. Nothing wrong with that, they are good markers. So next time you post take a little bit of time and think before you type. EDIT--AND yeah, I'm the one with a smart mouth. Have you even read any off the posts in T&O? Most of the plat members there are even worse. They don't even come around here and help people with their problems. So, I make a little joke and then I get call a smartmouth. Not trying to make anyone mad....END mini-rant. Edited by iceman1186 - 28 April 2006 at 4:23pm |

Of your choices, I'd go A-5... but E-grip over RT.

Sorry Iceman you gotta put something so i dont take it seriously but really which one would be better i just play with a couple buddies and sometimes go over assria, ks and play and that about it so i dont want to spend a thousand (which i wouldnt) on a gun and use it once or twice during a week |

Its cool, and Im sorry for not making it clear that it was a joke. For a person that plays every now and then(like you), I would go with the A-5. It a good relieable gun that will keep you slinging paint for a long time. As you get deeper into the sport, you can upgrade it anyway you want. All around its a good gun. you should get E-Grip. the respnse trigger is good but i think it's illegal in tourneys. The E-Grip can be switched to the right firing mode for any type of gameplay. (woodsball, tourneyball, speedball, etc.) |

once i said during a thunderstorm "if im a noob at paintball, then let me be struck by lightning in 3 seconds.
"1..2...." then i saw a bright light and everything went black. |

If you dont play tourny, you should go with the RT. I like it more than the e-grip, because of the simple fact that with the RT, you still have a completely mech marker. The field I play at do not allow anything except for semi, so the RT still falls into the group. If you have an e-grip, and your field only allows semi, you have spent money on something that you can use in a one mode.

I would go with the A5, Tippmann's are very reliable and are great guns.

i recently purchased a nu DEFIANT 2 and im absolutely pumped about it..out of the box it ripz and the stock assassin barrel iz fairly gud...butt out of your list id recommend the KARNIE if u plan on playin tourny ball, and the a-5 if you are leanin more towards the rec side of thingz.
